I plan to relocate to Northern Virginia and Mike Belmore gave me information about the area based on first hand experience. I appreciated that and will contact him should the need arise. Thanks Mike!

Arlington Realty helped us find and purchase an amazing rental property. They showcased both off market properties and co-brokeraged buildings. Highly recommended Arlington Realty as a sales or buying agent.

If you are moving to the VA/DC area - definitely use this group!!! I highly recommend them; Brian is knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and professional. He went out of his way to assist us in familiarizing ourselves with the area. I felt much better after meeting and talking with him. They are very, very good!!

I have been looking to buy a new home for awhile and Arlington Realty helped me find the perfect place. The staff is very friendly and wanted to help me find the best option for me with my budget and area of desire. Aaron and Sevi were amazing and know everything about each neighborhood in the D.C. area. I was looking for homes primarily in Arlington and D.C. Sevi was amazing and showed me many good options. Sevi made it really easy by communicating well (via phone, email, text, and in person). The Washington D.C. real estate market can be difficult, but Arlington Realty came through and guided me along the paper work process to buying my home. A friend of mine recommend Arlington Realty, as she had a great experience with them with her rental. Arlington Reality was the perfect choice when looking for my home. If you want to live in Arlington you should contact Sevi! He knows how to get the job done in Arlington. He has gotten me and many friends on mine into great locations in south Arlington’s tough market. If you want to get a home go with this team they really made this process the easiest one. I couldn’t be more happy. Arlington Reality hooked my up with a fantastic loan office (John Lam) who guided me through the financial process. John answered all my questions and was able to talk during the late afternoon hours which made working with him a breeze. Highly recommend. Overall great customer support, friendly staff, and a great real estate group to help you find your ideal home. Thank you Aaron, Krissy, and Sevi. I love my home and couldn’t have gotten it without you all!! Thank you.

Its good to see a company transform. They have really ramped up their customer service and it shows. I recently moved out and Martina went the extra mile to help me stay on top of all the tasks required to ensure a smooth checkout and inspection; Which had added challenges considering the COVID environment. Her level of concern for my welfare and responsiveness was amazing. Thanks!

Renting from Arlington Realty was really a pleasure. I mostly worked with Becky B. they were very responsive to my email and i never had an issue with Arlington Realty. they even worked with me when i had to leave my lease. If i need to rent again, i would not hesitate to work with this company again.

I have nothing but good things to say about Arlington Realty Management. Without fail, every person I have spoken with at the company has been extremely kind and helpful. I have worked with Martina the most, and she has always gone above and beyond for me. I had lots of questions, and she was always happy to answer anything I needed. She was accessible, prompt, and overall so easy to work with. Thanks to my experience with her, I will jump at the opportunity to recommend Arlington Realty Management to friends or family looking in the area. Be confident that they really care about their residents and try to the best they can for them.
